THE EVENT

Sydney HeliCharter was recently contracted to provide helicopter transport as part of a major product launch event for cosmetic and beauty company L’Oreal. The day out involved a boutique luncheon with return helicopter transport for 35 passengers from Sydney Airport, via the spectacular sights of Sydney Harbour. Direct and efficient transport in the most exciting way possible!

The luxury retreat and function centre Bells at Killcare, was chosen as an ideal location for this event, just 25 mins by helicopter north of Sydney. Located at the heart of the Bells at Killcare Boutique Hotel, Restaurant & Spa, Manfredi at Bells Restaurant commands a prominent position in the Manor House with an elegant dining room and verandah over looking expansive manicured gardens.

EXECUTION

Beginning with a flight showcasing Sydney Harbour and the Northern Beaches, we landed 8 helicopters right on the property at Bells. Travel time from arrival at Sydney Airport to sipping the champagne on arrival at Bells was approximately 50 mins. The guests enjoyed a gourmet lunch in the magnificent dining room at Bells, followed by return helicopter flight.

In addition to the magnificent dining room, Bells at Killcare offers the facility for corporate presentations, and both indoor and outdoor areas for product displays and interacting with clients and guests.

RESULTS

This event combined the “wow” factor of a spectacular flight by helicopter, with the suitability and high standard of the venue and restaurant.

L’Oreal were able to present their product during lunch at Bells, and provide their clients with a day out they will never forget.
